It includes the initial brief, concept and 3D design, technical drawings, fabrication in our own workshop, transport to the exhibition venue, installation and dismantling, and permit management with the event organisers. You receive your stand ready to open on the first day of the show.
A standard project takes 4 to 8 weeks depending on complexity: 1–2 weeks for design and approval, 3–5 weeks for fabrication, and installation 24–48 hours before opening. For September trade fairs, it is best to start in July.

A modular stand uses prefabricated aluminium structures — quick installation, lower cost, reusable across several trade fairs. A custom-designed stand is built to measure to reflect your brand identity with exclusive materials and shapes — greater visual impact, higher initial investment.

Yes, every project is exclusive. We work with your brand guidelines, colour palette and tone of voice, and bring your identity into the architecture, graphics, furniture and lighting. You will receive sketches and 3D renders to approve before fabrication.
Yes. We work with FSC/PEFC-certified timber, recyclable aluminium, reusable modular systems and printing with eco-friendly inks. When a client plans to attend several editions of a trade fair, we design for multiple uses, reducing cost and environmental footprint.
