Our full service includes transporting the materials to the exhibition venue, assembly and installation according to the approved design, testing of lighting, electrical connections, audiovisuals and furniture, and dismantling and removal at the end of the show. We also handle paperwork with the venue organisers and coordinate the different trades.
The price depends on the type of stand (modular or custom-built), the floor space, materials, finishes and any extra services. A 12 m² modular stand may start from a few thousand euros, while a custom-built double-decker stand can exceed €20,000–30,000. Ask us for a no-obligation quote.
We recommend getting in touch at least 6–8 weeks before the trade fair for a modular stand and 10–14 weeks for a custom-built one. For major shows such as FITUR, MWC or Alimentaria, it is best to plan even further ahead.
We install stands all over Spain, including IFEMA Madrid, Fira Barcelona, Feria Valencia, BEC Bilbao and Feria de Zaragoza, as well as regional trade fairs. We also cover international trade fairs on request.
A modular stand uses prefabricated elements that can be reused at future trade fairs, cutting costs and lead times. A custom-designed stand is built to measure with bespoke materials — greater visual impact, but a higher initial investment.
Yes, dismantling and removal are included in our full service. We coordinate timings with the venue, collect every component and manage the waste generated.
Our team has an on-site Project Manager throughout the installation, with the authority to resolve any technical, logistical or coordination issue. We carry spare parts and tools to keep response times to a minimum.
