In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that the personal data you provide throughout your business relationship with Senia Stand S.L.U. (hereinafter Senia Stand), whether you are a natural person or a representative of a public or private legal entity, will be included in a file under the responsibility of Senia Stand and, as a natural person, Julián García Senia, with address at Calle del Aluminio 3, Azuqueca de Henares, Guadalajara (Spain).
The purpose of collecting and processing this information is the administrative management of the offers received and, where applicable, the award of the corresponding contracts, so that everything relating to the binding process can be managed by any means (email, telephone, etc.).
The Senia Stand Clients File is duly registered with the Data Protection Register. Likewise, in compliance with current regulations, Senia Stand guarantees that it has adopted the technical and organisational measures necessary to maintain the required level of security, taking into account the nature of the personal data provided, which are treated with the utmost confidentiality.
Senia Stand also states that it will not transfer or disclose the personal data stored in the file to third parties.
Please note that you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation or objection regarding your personal data at any time by writing to comercial@seniastand.es, or by post to Senia Stand, Calle del Aluminio 3, Azuqueca de Henares, Guadalajara (Spain), clearly stating your first name, surname and address and enclosing a copy of your ID document.
When the contractual service ends, the personal data must be destroyed, with the data processor being responsible for keeping the data duly blocked.
