It covers transport to the exhibition venue, installation according to the approved design, testing of lighting and audiovisual elements, and dismantling and removal at the end of the event. We also handle permits and paperwork with the trade fair organisers.
A modular stand is faster (5–10 days), reusable and more affordable — ideal for companies that attend several trade fairs a year or have a tight budget. A bespoke stand is designed from scratch and delivers maximum visual and brand impact, but needs 4–6 weeks. In many cases we recommend a hybrid.
